We think the best way to sell a property is through a professional licensed real estate agent with a great marketing campaign.

  1. A great marketing campaign does not have to be expensive. It doesn’t need to include any photos of the actual real estate agent in the marketing. It should include a focus on the internet, and there must be a professional agent’s sign out the front of the property. The sign should have no mention about what sales commission the vendor is paying the agent.
  2. A real estate agent needs to market a property professionally. To do this there should be a professional marketing campaign that at minimum includes professional photography, a professional website listing and a professional photo sign board. This is so the property can be sold in the best light. The upfront fee for this must be capped at $999.
  3. The marketing campaign must include a listing on Google Real Estate.
  4. If there is no sale, there should be no commission charge to the customer.
  5. The maximum commission payable by a customer should be no more than One Percent plus gst.
  6. The agent listing the property must have at least three years sales experience.

In summary, we believe your home in Australia can be sold for a good price, and you don’t have to pay large fees, as long as you choose the right professional licensed real estate agent who charges a low commission.
